Wow...talk about a blast from the past!

Going through my things for no particular reason, I found my box full of sculptures from my senior year of high school - for right now, this was the highlight of my life as an artist.

This is a mask I made as part of my senior project. I made 5 of them but I only wanted to share a select few with you guys. As you can see, I made a mold of my own face in order to create these masks.

Now...those of you who are or were Slipknot fans know who inspired this mask. I was feeling a little angsty and wanted to do a mask with the black ceramic paint and Joey's mask. Again this one is really intimidating when worn and I designed most of my masks to be worn.

This one hasn't weathered his time in the box very well ^^;

joey is copyrighted to Sarah Larson. DO NOT COPY, STEAL, OR ALTER IN ANYWAY!

Slipknot and its mask designs are copyrighted to the band and its record company.

I'm glad you like it. Yeah sadly joey has not seen the best of days, the ceramic pigment has been abused so the black is not as clean as it used to be ^^;
